Serve from our Classic Cake Collection

Blossom: To celebrate our 25th Anniversary in business we have created this special cake. It is made with a center of lime, Yuzu, Calamansi cremeux and lime yogurt mousse, surrounded by a milk chocolate mousse. The entire cake sits on a lime/almond sponge and a lime sable breton.

Coliseum: A light cassis mousse with a soft almond cookie center with thin layers of sponge cake and raspberry preserves.

Paradise: A light raspberry mousse with thin layers of vanilla sponge cake.

Manjari: A fruity dark chocolate mousse paired with a light raspberry mousse and rich brownie cake.

Cameroon: Milk chocolate mousse with dark chocolate mousse with layers of gluten free chocolate cake.

Sicilian:Pistachio mousse with a strawberry cremeux, pistachio dacquoise placed on a soft sable breton.

Passionata: Almond sponge cake with a light and refreshing passion fruit mousse.

Tanzania: A Tanzanian dark chocolate mousse with coconut mousse and a milk chocolate rice puff bottom

Opera: Layers of coffee soaked almond sponge cake with a coffee mousseline and chocolate ganache.

*Panettone is a classic italian sweet bread that is light and airy made with raisins and other candied fruit. The chocolate Panettone has bits of chocolate pieces in addition to the candied fruit.

Kouign-Amann: This specialty from Brittany, France is a caramelized sweet, buttery dough with a crunchy exterior and gooey flakey center.

Orange Brioche: A light and buttery brioche dough filled with home made candied orange peel topped with slivered almonds.

Cinnamon Crisp: Flakey layers of danish dough rolled with a cinnamon filling and a lemon zest glaze.
