To celebrate our 25th Anniversary in business we have created this special cake. It is made with a center of lime, Yuzu, Calamansi cremeux and lime yogurt mousse, surrounded by a milk chocolate mousse. The entire cake sits on a lime/almond sponge and a lime sable breton.
