Since opening our doors over twenty years ago, we have prided ourselves on using only the finest ingredients. From imported to locally grownwe have always strived to ensure our products are the best they can possibly be.
This has meant being bold and trying new things. In the past year, we’ve altered our croissant recipe and design, using organic Manitoba flour from Italy to produce amazing results. But we wanted to go even further; to take our recipe back to its core and make the foundation of so many of our products better than ever. With passion we wanted to create a more sensational flavor profile, unique texture, and give a cutting edge new look. After many months of testing, we can say with confidence that we have cracked the code. Our new recipe is bigger in flavor, bolder in texture, and more delicious in every way. We are extremely excited to announce the new creation of our croissants.
